1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, post a job, or submit verification documents. This includes your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and government-issued ID images (for Lumpers).
We also collect information automatically when you use our Platform, including your IP address, device information, location data, and usage details. This information helps us improve our services and provide a secure experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve our Platform; facilitate connections between Truckers and Lumpers; process payments; conduct identity verification and background checks; communicate with you; and ensure the safety and security of our users.
4. Background Check Data
For Lumpers, we use a third-party service to conduct background checks. We will obtain your consent before initiating a check. The information collected by the third-party service is subject to their privacy policy. We receive the results of the check and use it to determine your eligibility for the Platform.
5. Payment Information
To facilitate payments, we collect payout information, such as your Zelle or CashApp username. This information is shared with Truckers and our third-party payment processors to complete transactions. We do not store your full financial account details on our servers.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To exercise these rights, please contact us. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable laws like GDPR and CCPA.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Platform is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
10. Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
